BobCAD have multiple places to find and access support, from technical support to open tickets and access the knowledge base, a page dedicated to post processor support and a library of training and webinar recordings on top of their Youtube channel.
They do have a helpdesk to submit tickets or a user forum to ask for advise and help from the public users.
